UNC played the part of ungracious host as the women’s basketball team dominated Presbyterian 97-32.

Brad Heller of Learfied Sports has the call of the game.  Waltiea Rolle scored a career high 17 points to lead all scorers in the game.

UNC shot over 50 percent from the floor, and has now won three games by at least 30 points.  The Heels forced 36 turnovers on the day, but committed 24 themselves.  UNC almost doubled Presbyterian’s rebounding total 47 to 24.

The Tar Heels trailed 5 to 3 early in the game, but then went on a 21 to 2 run to put Presbyterian behind for good.

Up next for the women’s basketball team is a 12:30 p.m. home game against Charleston Southern this Sunday.
