Carrboro Film Festival Accepting Submissions

The Carrboro Film Festival starts November 22nd, but the deadline to submit your film is rapidly approaching.

Jackie Helvey, a festival supporter, says the film festival has something for everyone.

There are two deadlines for submission.  The early registration deadline is August 28th.  If your entry is postmarked before this date, the entry fee is only $10.

The late deadline for submission is September 21st, and the entry fee goes up to $25.  Checks and money orders are the only accepted forms of payment for the entry fee.

Helvey says there are many different kinds of films submitted for consideration.

The Carrboro Film Festival will be offering cash prizes for category winners this year.
